What are the rental hours?
 Event is from 9am-10pm, clean up/ vendor breakdown until 11pm. 

How many table and chairs do you have?
10 farm tables (9ft long and can seat either 8 or 10 depending on setup) and 12 round tables (60" tables that require 120" tablecloth and seat 8).

Do you have an ice machine?
No we do not, we do have a fridge/freezer in the kitchen but most caterers/bartenders bring ice in coolers. 

Do you allow sparklers? 
As long as they are put out in a bucket of water and then disposed of in the dumpster. 

Where can I get event liability insurance through?
eventhelper.com or wedsafe.com 

Do you allow alcohol?
We do allow alcohol but it must be served by licensed and insured bartenders. We have recommendations or you can get through some catering companies.

When can I do a rehearsal?
Friday rehearsals are subject to availability depending on whether there is an event. Weekday rehearsals are available. Availability for rehearsals can be confirmed 2 months prior to the event. 

Can we rent for rehearsal dinner?
Rehearsal dinner reservations are subject to the same daily rental price as weddings. 

What are the dimensions of the reception area?
We have 2 rooms that open up to each other.
The first room is a 30x50, and the second is a 40x50 with a 10x30 walkway.

Do you offer day of coordination? 
We currently do not offer it, but can make some great recommendations. 

What is included in the decor package?
Chargers, plates, glasses, silverware, napkins, table runners for farm tables, tablecloths for round tables,
faux greenery, candleholders of many kind, bud vases.
A design meeting is setup based off your inspiration photos and colors. Setup and cleanup of all decor for reception tables. (Does not include candles, florals, or ceremony decor)

Do you allow real candles?
We do we just ask that they are blowed out 20 minutes prior to cleanup in order for wax to not be spilled. If you are doing the decor package, we take care of this.

What size is the arbor?
The arbor by the water ceremony site is 9ft tall by 8 ft wide. 

Are there hotels nearby?
Embassy Suites and Doubletree Hotel are both great options for guest.
